By in your neck I am assuming you mean you swallowed it? ticks still need to breath air so under the skin would be impossible. I suppose you could accidentally swallow a tick and half way down it caught your esophagus. and started feeding, but two things would happen, one, i think you would definately notice it and start hacking and coughing, or simply throw up. two your digestive juices in your mouth your constantly swallowing would start dissolving the tick, and your stomach acid would definately speed this process up if you threw up. So the tick would not be there for very long.
