Pee or urine is actually good for your teeth and digestive tract. sounds crazy but the amonia in urine will whiten teeth and has been used in the past to do so. urine is also sterile, it can kill bad bacteria (or good) in your digestive tract. although I don't recomend anyone try this as medications and such can be removed from the body through urine, and you could be un-intentionally over dosing on any meds you mey be on (or drugs in general) not to mention the tatse would probably make you puke.

do you mean drinking?

If so, then I guess it is. After all, pee is all the dodgy stuff your body is trying to rid itself of You're body has what it needs.

sorry this answer isn't the best but I was just putting my thoughts out there :)
