What is a dip bottle?


I saw a question on here. . .and in the answer someone mentioned a "dip bottle." Anyone know what that is? It had something to do with a navy prank. . .

LocoLobo 		Dip bottles are disgusting, vile things. People that use chewing tobacco need somewhere to spit so they will get an empty soda bottle and spit in it. I hate going into a house where someone chews tobacco. They tend to leave the bottles around the house. They stink and they are just gross looking.
