I feel unreal

okay, i am twelve, but i've been having feelings that i'm unreal, and it all begins with when i think about 'god' and how he was made, and then how we are real, and i just want to know what it's called.. :b

It is called derealization. Depersonalization is very similar and sometimes the two are intertwined. I also experience this problem. Often times, as in my case, it is accompanied with panic attacks. Panic attacks are very scary. If you are bothered by these feelings I suggest asking your parents to take you to a mental health doctor. I sure wish I had when I was a kid. I had no idea what is wrong with me. Now I'm 32 and still have the problem. Medication has helped a lot though.
